Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for courses that have been substantially completed.

Upon completing a course, you will receive a BuildStak certificate of completion. This certificate reflects your completion of our training program and is recognized as a professional development credential.
BuildStak certificates are not issued by OSHA or any government body. They represent practical, industry-aligned training completed through our platform.
BuildStak courses are provided for educational and professional development purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that course content will meet every specific local regulation or requirement in your area.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildStak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on course content.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of Florida.
