• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Submit false information when registering or purchasing
• Use automated tools to scrape or download course content

Accounts & Registration

To access paid courses, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

BuildStak reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way.

Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• Course access is granted immediately after successful payment
• Prices may change at any time — changes do not affect purchases already made
• Promotional prices and discounts are subject to availability and may expire

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied — if you have an issue with a course, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for courses that have been substantially completed.

Intellectual Property

All content on BuildStak — including videos, text, graphics, course materials, and certificates — is the exclusive property of BuildStak LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your own professional development. It does not transfer ownership or the right to redistribute the content in any form.

Certificates

Upon completing a course, you will receive a BuildStak certificate of completion. This certificate reflects your completion of our training program and is recognized as a professional development credential.

BuildStak certificates are not issued by OSHA or any government body. They represent practical, industry-aligned training completed through our platform.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

BuildStak courses are provided for educational and professional development purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that course content will meet every specific local regulation or requirement in your area.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildStak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on course content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of Florida.
